This is my first recipe swap and I signed up for two slots. These are samples of my cards.  They've been put in the mail and I can't wait to see what I get back!  I used two Magnolia stamps from the "A Little Yummy for Your Tummy" collection.

Today I'm posting a couple of cards I made for the Victorine Originals #2 challenge.  I used their large Santa stamp for these and paper from My Mind's Eye Holiday Glitter Book. 

                                               

After a busy weekend and no time for crafting, things are back to normal.  I did get in a quick trip to Hobby Lobby and picked up some half-price paper there to add to my stash.  There's also another challenge over at Victorine Originals blog and a sale at their site for 50% off unmounted stamps.  This time they are having a Christmas challenge.  Check back to

A lot of "Firsts"

Well, I've finally decided to try to build a blog and this is my first post.  I haven't gotten the hang of things and am still feeling my way around, so you'll probably see things change a lot in the beginning.  I've also just participated in my first challenge at Victorine Originals.  They are having their first bi-monthly challenge and the top winner will get a 30% off coupon at the VO store.  So, check out their blog where you'll find a picture of the challenge inspiration.  Then, go ahead and submit your entry.  You could get lucky!   This is what I came up with . . .
